Breakfast is an essential part to living a healthy life, but it is the first thing to go when mornings get busy. We came up with three easy breakfast that can be pre prepped for a nutritious breakfast on the go!

#1: Yogurt Parfait

What You'll Need:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Granola
  • Honey

These mason jar yogurt parfaits are great for any morning that you are in a hurry. Take a healthy base, like plain greek yogurt, throw in your favorite berries and low sugar granola, and top it with a little honey! Then you have yourself an easy, high protein breakfast you can throw in your PackIt on your way out the door!

#2: Açai bowls

What You'll Need:

  • Açai packs ( can find at Costco, Trader Joes, or most large supermarkets)
  • Bananas
  • Almond Milk
  • Spinach
  • Granola
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded Coconut (unsweetend)

These are for those mornings where you have a minute, but not much longer. Toss your açai pack, banana, almond milk, and spinach in a blender, then top with granola and your favorite toppings and start your day right! Put it in your PackIt and it will be chilled until you are ready to enjoy!

#3: Brown Sugar Banana Overnight Oats

Recipe inspired by Sofab Food

What You'll Need:

  • Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • Milk
  • Chia Seeds (optional - we did not incorporate into this recipe)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
  • Sliced Banana

These oats are so delicious they'll have you thinking about them all night, plus they're really easy to make! Toss your oats, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, little bit of peanut or almond butter into a mason jar and mix the ingredients together. Then cover your mason jar and let this sit in your refrigerator over night. In the morning grab your oats add the banana, maybe a little extra brown sugar and cinnamon on top and you have your self a delicious and easy on-the-go breakfast!
