Sometimes you just need a little taste of summer during the winter season! Today we bring you this healthy, nutrient loaded Blueberry Coconut Bowl that will fuel you with the energy you need to take on the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 1 cup of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (Substitue So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla yogurt to make it dairy-free and soy-free)
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 of a pealed kiwi

Step 1:

Before adding ingredients into blender, make sure to rinse your blueberries and cut your kiwi. Since this recipe does not call for ice, you can add ice to make it thicker or simply freeze your banana and blueberries to act as ice.

Step 2:

In a blender you want to add in all ingredients until fully blended. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh blueberries, a few chia seeds, coconut flakes, and the rest of your kiwi.

Step 3:
