  • 6 oz. cubed chicken breast
  • 1 c. plain greek yogurt (I love Fage)
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. small cubed apple pieces
  • 1/4 c. sliced, small cubed onion
  • 2 tbsp. raisins or raisins (optional)
  • 2 tsp. cumin spice
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Wraps are a great way to go if you are looking for a lower card option. Take some fresh, crisp romaine lettuce, fill it with your chicken salad, and top with whatever sounds best or leave it as in to enjoy!
