Easy and Healthy School Lunches to Pack Your Kids

In today’s read we are giving you a round up of easy and healthy lunches we have created that you can pack your kids for school. When we think about an easy lunch, we first think about something that will be easy for the parent to put together or for your child to help make. And when it comes to healthy, it’s all about a balance; especially when your child is younger and doesn’t want to just eat salads and veggies.



First on the list is our Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches with a healthy twist. We took the idea of a classic peanut butter and jelly and made it newer and better by adding real fruit to the sandwich or trying out different kinds of spreads.  We made three different kinds – the first with peanut butter, sliced bananas, and toasted coconut chips sprinkled on top. The second sandwich we used hazelnut butter as the base and sprinkled blueberries and vanilla-gluten free granola on top. On the last one we used almond butter as our spread and added fresh cut strawberries with shaved dark chocolate and a drizzle of honey on top! The next lunch idea that is similar is our banana in a blanket. This lunch idea is simple and easy to make; your kiddos might enjoy putting this one together!
